BIR Tried To Trap: Victim Found Innocence

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has lost the case as it had filed a false charge of tax evasion against an Australian citizen who is a reputed and respected businessman. According to the BIR complaint, the victim Shank Kaye Manila was supposed to pay the taxes as he has purchased P 14 – million Condomium which he did not pay. But, it is proved by the victim’s attorney Mr. Mark Aldave that it was a false charge against his client. He proved all the facts and showed all the evidence in the court that justified the case. He cleared all the doubts in the court related to the tax evasion case. He proved that Mr. Shank Kaye is a good taxpayer who pays taxes on time. It was nothing but a misconception that he did not pay tax related to that property.

Although BIR tried its level best to prove him guilty but due to the lack of evidence it was proved that it was the carelessness of the BIR and the victim got freed from the false charge. The victim stated that he did not get any legal notice from the investigation bureau before and came to know about this case from the media. He said that he did not have any information related to this property that it was not registered. Mr. Shank Kaye said that he will take the legal action against his ex-lawyer who misguided him about the issues related to the property and give surety that he and his lawyer will definitely help the investigation team to find out the responsible person behind all this mess.

Case Goes In Favor Of Shank: Stated Negligence of BIR

The judgment day was a good for shank as innocence of the victim was proved by his lawyer Mr. Mark Aldave who told the media that his client did not received any notice prior to the selling of the Condomium. They were not conscious of all this tax matter and came to know only after the media highlighted this issue without knowing the real fact. Worried about the no-evidence charges filed by BIR, Mr. Shank Kaye finally overcame all those without any issue left behind to resolve.

Although, BIR tried its best but, they could not play the game with the victim as all the proofs pointed towards the carelessness of BIR. Thus, Mr. Shank Kaye Philippines combated the charges and even assured the authorities that he and his lawyer will surely help the investigating teams to know who the real guy behind all this mess is. In addition to it, Shank didn’t denied that fact that tax payment is vital but he directly told the legal executives that he was misguided by his ex lawyer who didn’t told him anything about the issues that were linked with that property. Due to this, he had to face such a circumstance even after paying appropriate taxes at right time.

He assured that if he had been aware of this mislead by his lawyer, nothing such world have happened with him.  Moreover, he is still having trust on BIR and he wants them to go through the complete case to catch the real crook.
